Augmenting our executive team, Challenger has a 11 member board of directors, including six outside directors. This Board is in place to oversee the development of our firm and to provide strategic advice and valued counsel useful to our clients and portfolio companies. Each of the board members has significant management experience, including substantial tenure as a CEO.
